We support veterans and facilitate their access to benefits. We prepare cases, meticulously craft strategies and arguments, and ensure the timely presentation of Veterans' claims to the VA. This process involves thorough review and analysis of your case, gathering of necessary documents and evidence, and submission of your claim to the VA within the specified timeframes.

Representation and Services Offered
CaseSix operates through two distinct entities: "CaseSix, LLC." and "CaseSix Veteran Benefits Consulting, LLC." Each entity has its own Federal E.I.N. number, mailing address, email, phone number, and agreements. "CaseSix, LLC." comprises accredited personnel who provide VA representation.
On the other hand, "CaseSix Veteran Benefits Consulting, LLC." leverages the expertise of former senior Department of VA employees as experts in reviewing and preparing veterans' cases and crafting strategies for veteran benefit claim success. For marketing and communication purposes, the name "CaseSix" is used to simplify and identify the overall entity providing services to the client.
Fee Structure
CaseSix follows applicable VA regulations governing fees and representation, including 38 C.F.R. § 14.636.
Every Veteran’s case is different, so our fees are based on the scope and complexity of the work involved. That can include the severity of the Veteran’s conditions, the amount of evidence that must be reviewed or developed, the procedural history of the claim, and the legal or medical issues involved.
Our fees may include fees for case review, development, preparation, and representation, a 20% contingency fee on retroactive benefits we help recover, and separate fees for specialized matters such as Clear and Unmistakable Error (CUE) claims. Depending on the case and the work required, more than one type of fee may apply.
Our fee structure reflects the expertise, time, effort, and quality of the services being provided. In some cases, that may mean no fee at all. If our review shows that there is no viable path forward, or if little or no substantive work has been performed, we do not believe a Veteran should be charged for services that were not provided.
CaseSix documents and tracks the work performed in reviewing, developing, and preparing each Veteran’s case. This helps ensure that the fees charged are tied to actual work performed and that our representation remains evidence-based, thorough, and accountable.
Before paid work begins, the applicable fee arrangement is explained to the Veteran and set out in the appropriate agreement. We do not change the agreed fee structure in the middle of representation simply because a case becomes more valuable or successful.
CaseSix is committed to charging reasonable fees, performing the work we agree to perform, and being transparent about how those fees apply.
Communication
CaseSix pledges to do its utmost to maintain consistent communication with the client. This includes providing regular updates on the progress of your case, responding to your queries and concerns in a timely manner, and keeping you informed about any changes or developments that may affect your VA benefits.
CaseSix adheres to regular updates and communication, regardless of favorable or unfavorable topics - helping to avoid disputes. CaseSix will not restrict or impede the client's rights to directly communicate with the VA. We do, however, disclose and encourage the client to have CaseSix, as their designated Power of Attorney, as per a mutually agreed upon and ratified VA Form 21-22a, be their primary source of contact and communication with the VA.
No Guarantee of Outcome & Due Diligence
It's crucial to understand that neither CaseSix nor its affiliated entities can or will guarantee VA Benefits outcomes. These results are subject to individual circumstances and the discretion of the Dept. of VA employee who reviews or rates the Veteran's case. Therefore, there is no promise of approval or a specific disability percentage.
However, know that CaseSix will diligently apply its expertise to our client’s case and claim. This comprehensive approach includes, if, in our expert opinion, the VA made an error or denied your case - exploring all options such as a Higher Level Review (HLR) or appealing your case to the VA's Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA).
